We provide FREE 3-7 Day delivery when you spend £120 or more to a mainland UK address, Orders below this are charged at £12.00. If you require shipping to the Highlands in Scotland or Northern Ireland please contact us on 01335 370344 / info@lightmyhouse.co.uk  

If you need your order fast we offer a next working day delivery option for £30.00 (as long as the product is in stock). Working days are Monday to Friday and EXCLUDE weekends and Bank Holidays.

All items are dispatched by courier, so your order will be with you the next working day after we dispatch it, if you want to track your order, please contact us for tracking information on 01335 370344. 

If for whatever reason we are unable to provide your item we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, or issue a full refund.

Please note that some deliveries may require a signature.

If you have a special delivery requirement please place your order through the office on 01335 370344 and we will let you know how much it will cost.

It is very important you specify a delivery address where a signature can be obtained by the delivery driver. Deliveries are normally made between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm but at busy times may be made outside these hours. We can arrange delivery to an address other than your home address, so feel free to put down a work address, a neighbours or a relatives address as your delivery address, so a signature can be obtained. Full tracking information can be requested.

Although we do our utmost to get your order to you within the specified amount of time  this is not guaranteed and is dependent on your delivery destination.
